Originally fascinated with the human body (that hasn't changed), I went to chiropractic school to dive deeper into "muscles and bones."
What I learned shaped by philosophy around life: a holistic approach, asking "why" with a child-like curiosity, and connecting pieces that cannot function in isolation.
I've combined my experiences as an athlete, my knowledge as a doctor, and my innate intuition to create a care that is sustainable, creating long-lasting health.
behind the name
it's the connection to yourself, but not in the sense of a personality test or journal prompts.
it's the soulful-self.
it's the Spirit-enlivened in you.
it's what tethers you.
inner thread :
it's the truth of who you are,
reconnecting you back to your body, the present moment, your purpose.
Health doesn't have to be "earned" or "hacked." It is your natural state of being, your default.
My job is to remind your body of this truth, to bring awareness back into this physical form, so you can reset, recalibrate, and remember your perfect design.
