A ballet-inspired, low-impact workout, you will feel a slow burn as we work the entire body. Light weights, a pilates ball, yoga blocks, and resistance bands will challenge the bodyweight endurance exercises. Tone and lengthen while creating stabilizing mobility.
An alignment method, allowing us to rewire and retrain our fascial system back towards our natural design; allowing the tensegrity and tone of the body to be light and springy, while shaping our bodies to hold the physiological curves of the spine.
Bringing joy back to movement, we blend modern jazz, ballet, and tap for all-levels classes.
A class designed to gently support you while you unwind stress and tension. We will hold poses for a few minutes, with the support of props (bolsters, blankets, and blocks), so you can deeply rest.

A 200+ CYT, with over 30 years of traditional yoga practice, Karen initially began practicing with the hope of retaining her strength, flexibility and balance as she aged.
She especially sought balance, both in my body and life.
Karen fell in love with this practice right from the start. The feelings of joy, lightness and peace that overcame her were more than she anticipated.
Karen shares her gifts in teaching Chair Yoga, Go with Flow Yoga, and Chair Fusion.
Throughout every chapter, dance has remained Stephanie's constant, and yoga—discovered at age 23—became a source of strength, balance, and inner peace.
Today, she has come full circle, sharing her passion by teaching Modern Jazz, Tap Dance, and yoga to students of all ages.
